After spending years helping organizations build more welcoming, accessible, and meaningful experiences, I saw a common challenge: many organizations were doing important work, but their audience experience was not always aligned with the impact they hoped to create.
The Experience Studio was created to bridge that gap.
My work combines audience engagement, belonging-centered strategy, accessibility, community partnership development, and experience design to help organizations create stronger connections with the people they serve.
